We offer competitive pricing for all of our installations and service. We offer a very impressive response to both standard service calls as well as emergency after hours calls. We take your needs very seriously and respond accordingly. We feel strongly about flat rate pricing and have avoided setting our pricing structure up on that basis. Yes, you have a diagnostic fee that incorporates some travel to your home. This diagnostic fee also includes actually working time in your home as well. Once the problem has been detected (quite often this can be accomplished within the first hour) we discuss with you the fees involved with completing the repair.

Often the repair can be completed within the first diagnostic hour. Many of our competitors draw you in with a very small fee to come to your home. Unfortunately, that is just what it is, a fee to pull into your driveway! Once in your home, their time is “blended” into the cost of the part (which is most often exaggerated drastically) to show them a profit that is far above our normal parameters. When you compare our finished invoice with that of others using the flat rate pricing, you will see that we are generally below their total cost by typically 30 to 40%. We prefer to be very open about our rates so that there are no “unexpected and unpleasant” surprises. Put your trust in our company because we are worthy of it.
