Most people want to have their heating and cooling equipment checked before the season starts, but they don’t always get around to getting it scheduled. This happens at work as will as at home. What do you do to prevent this from happening? Southtown Heating offers a maintenance plan for both commercial and residential applications, Our premier maintenance Service plan (PMS) includes tow inspections per year residentially and up to four inspections per year commercially.
You have the option of including filters and humidifier panels as well. With this plan in place, we can call you to schedule your inspections in the spring and fall. This plan will not only save on the inspection amount, but you will save 10% on any service you need throughout the year on plumbing, electric, heating, and/or air conditioning.
On Commercial applications we can design a specific plan that is tailored to you business. We assign two technicians to your account, so that there is someone available that is personally familiar with your equipment when the need arises. We also service commercial refrigeration and backflow certifications. We can design a multiple year agreement that locks you into pre-negotiated rates that are good for entire period of the contract.
